Skating Along The Port

Insane sunshine all this week! Got out on my skateboard finally and followed the cycle routes down the canal. What a beauty. And then ran along them today!

Quite a few volunteers have left us this week so I have finally moved in with the volunteers and claimed my piece of drawer space. Its nice feeling not to be living out of a suitcase anymore.

I've been talking a lot more amoung the french travellers this week as well as the odd meetup crowd. We went on a couple nights out. On to a bar under a hotel which was pretty fun. And then the other night to a bar on the outskirts of 'Gay Village' as ae rocked a big drag show had just finished.

So you can imagine some of the costumes and characters about the place! I was completely lost when it came to the french though..!

Today was a busy day for my search for a job! Emails back regarding interviews, I even got a call from a waffle store i applyed to. Cheers Ian - I REALLY want to make waffles again! Employ me! Haha.

In an optomistic mood, plus my happiness is good because now I have the ability to make nutella pancakes at any given time! Which is going to set me up well for my late shifts.
