Why Should You Be Friendly?
Networking and free food. Especially the free food!
A young budding entrepeneur / ex model / retirement home manager from Buenos Aeries left today. A good mate of mine - we were talking about life, mantras and travelling. He was the first free meal of spicey veggies and rice. We ate with a Brazillian volunteer I work with. Sharing stories of music and family.
The people you meet eh.. so now I have an available bed at Harvard, Boston if I'm ever round those parts!
Next was a french friend of mine who shared her sweet bean chinese pastry - which was awesome.
Then my best aussie mate who I work with donated some pop corn and pizza to the Zak's Belly Fund. Good stuff.
Next was another frenchie taking me into china town for more chinese pastry yummies. Including coffee bread and egg waffles with ice cream.
And then a little salad with same frenchies - and then some poutine.
Hostel family life <3 didnt take enough food pics today.. would have been a great collection. Oh and I forgot the two dozen spoons of nutella I had whilst studying some french!
